Own your storefront

Online ordering that belongs to you — not a marketplace

Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat rent you their queue and take a cut of every order — up to 30% — while owning your customers and burying you next to your competitors. Rizzrv gives you your own branded ordering site instead: your menu, your customers, your prices, paid straight into your own account. We charge a small flat fee, not a commission.

Your storefront · Your customers · A small flat fee, not 15–30%

The marketplace trap

On a food-delivery marketplace you are one tile in a grid. The app owns the customer — their email, their order history, the “thank you” — and rents your own demand back to you for 15–30% of every order. Raise your prices to cover it and you lose the basket; absorb it and you lose the margin.

It gets worse the better it works: the more a regular orders through the app, the more of that regular the app owns. To be seen you bid for placement against the restaurant next door. And when payout day comes, the money was never yours to begin with — it sat with the platform until they released it, minus their fees.

Rizzrv is the opposite arrangement. You get your own branded storefront on your own web address, ordering and reservations built in, and payments that land directly in your Stripe account because you — not us — are the merchant of record. We take a small, transparent fee to run the software, and nothing about the customer relationship is ours to keep.

How it works

From sign-up to taking paid orders on your own site.

  1. Build your storefront

Add your menu — items, options, photos and prices — and Rizzrv gives you a branded ordering and reservation site on your own web address. No app to be listed in, no competitors alongside you.

  2. Connect your payouts

Link your Stripe account in a few clicks. You become the merchant of record: card payments are made to you directly, so payouts follow your own schedule — not a platform's.

  3. Share your link

Put your ordering link on Instagram, Google, your door and your receipts. Every order you drive is a customer you keep — with their email and history saved to you, not rented from an app.

  4. Get paid, keep your margin

Customers pay online or at the venue; the money lands in your account. Rizzrv takes a small flat fee per order instead of a 15–30% commission — and we can waive or lower it while you find your feet.

What you keep with Rizzrv

Everything a marketplace takes from you, you keep — because the storefront, the customer and the payment are yours from the start.

  • Your brand: a storefront on your own web address, not a listing inside someone else's app.
  • Your customers: their email and order history are saved to your account, so a first order can become a hundred.
  • Your money: payments go straight to your own Stripe account — you are the merchant of record, with your own payout schedule.
  • Your margin: a small flat fee per order, not 15–30% of the basket — and it's set per business, so we can waive it while you grow.
  • Your prices, honestly shown: menu prices are VAT-inclusive, so the price a customer sees is the price they pay — no platform mark-up on top.
  • One system: online ordering, table reservations and prepaid deposits share the same storefront, menu and inbox.

Rizzrv vs the delivery marketplaces

How your own storefront compares to Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat / Takeaway.

What matters Rizzrv (your storefront) Delivery marketplaces
Fee per order A small flat fee (from 2.5% + €0.50), set per business — and often waived while you grow. 15–30% commission on every single order.
Where you sell Your own branded site, on your own web address. One listing in a grid, next to your competitors.
Who owns the customer You do — their email and order history are yours. The platform. You rarely even get their email.
Getting paid Straight to your own Stripe account — you're the merchant of record. Held by the platform, paid out on their schedule, minus fees.
Being found Your own link, everywhere you already reach customers — no auctions. Bid for placement, or sink down the list.
What you can offer Online orders, table reservations and prepaid deposits in one. Ordering only.
Prices & VAT Your prices, VAT included — the shown price is the final price. Platform mark-ups and service fees the customer pays on top.

A fee that makes sense

Rizzrv is software, not a middleman — so the fee is priced like software, not like a finder's cut.

  • A small flat fee per order — a percentage plus a fixed amount (2.5% + €0.50 by default) — taken from your payout, never added to your customer's bill.
  • Set per business, so we can waive or reduce it while you're onboarding or growing.
  • You pay Stripe's standard card-processing fee directly, as any merchant does — there is no hidden markup on top from us.
  • Compare that to 15–30% of every order, forever, on a marketplace.

Questions restaurants ask

Is this really commission-free?

Not literally — Rizzrv takes a small flat fee per order (a percentage plus a fixed amount, 2.5% + €0.50 by default) so we can keep the software running, and you pay Stripe's normal card-processing fee as the merchant. But that's a fraction of the 15–30% commission a delivery marketplace charges on every order, it's transparent, and we can waive or lower it per business. What you don't pay is a cut of your margin to rent back your own customers.

How is this different from Uber Eats, Glovo or Deliveroo?

Those are marketplaces: they own the customer, list you next to your competitors, and take 15–30% of every order in exchange for demand. Rizzrv isn't a marketplace — it's your own branded storefront. You bring the customers (from Google, Instagram, your door), you keep their details, and the money is paid directly to you. We're the software behind your site, not a middleman between you and your guest.

Who gets the money, and when?

You do, directly. You connect your own Stripe account and become the merchant of record, so card payments settle to you on your own payout schedule — there's no platform sitting on your cash and releasing it later minus fees.

Do my prices show tax the right way?

Yes. Menu prices are VAT-inclusive — the price a customer sees is the price they pay — and each item carries its own VAT rate (food and drinks can differ), so the tax is broken out correctly on receipts without ever being added on top at checkout.

Can I also take reservations and deposits?

Yes — online ordering, table reservations and prepaid deposits all run on the same storefront and the same back-office inbox. A marketplace only does ordering; Rizzrv is your whole front door.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Your storefront is a normal website — customers tap your link, order or book, and pay. Nothing to install, and no marketplace account standing between you and them.
